Answer a query from the platform
1. Open the Query Detail page from the queries list.
2. Select the answer box to enter your answer or edit it.
3. Enter your answer and select the Save button.
Answer a query from the exported file
You can import queries answered offline from the exported file.
Only answers to queries that fall under the Client answer pending status can be imported.
1. Select the Import button.
2. Select the file previously exported.
💭 From the Import button, you cannot edit previous answers that were exported under the Answered status. If you edit an already answered query from the export, the answer will be ignored when importing it back. If needed, you can edit previous answers that fall under the Answered status directly on the Query Detail page.
